International Shipping Information

We ship our products worldwide, but recent regulatory and customs changes have made shipping to certain countries and regions more complicated.

Below you can find information about shipping to the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States.

European Union Shipping - PPWR

Direct shipping to EU countries is currently unavailable

Due to the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and the additional administrative and compliance requirements, we have temporarily suspended direct shipping to EU countries outside Germany.

As a small business, the registration, reporting and packaging requirements for different EU countries currently create a significant administrative burden.

Germany is not affected.
Orders within Germany can still be placed normally through our online shop.

How can I order from another EU country?

One option is to use a parcel forwarding service such as myGermany.com.

The process works like this:

1. Register with the parcel forwarding service.
2. You receive a German delivery address.
3. Place your order in our shop using this German delivery address.
4. We ship your order to the forwarding service in Germany.
5. The forwarding service sends the parcel to your address.

Please note that parcel forwarding services are independent third party providers. Additional shipping costs and service fees may apply.

United Kingdom Shipping - Brexit

Direct orders from GBP 135

Following Brexit, different VAT rules apply to goods shipped from Germany to the United Kingdom.

For direct orders through our online shop, we currently require a minimum order value of GBP 135 for deliveries to the United Kingdom.

Orders shipped directly from our shop to the United Kingdom are sold without German VAT. Import VAT, customs duties and handling fees may instead be charged when the shipment enters the United Kingdom.

For smaller orders, you can use our Etsy shop or eBay shop. These platforms handle the applicable VAT requirements for smaller UK orders.

Alternatively, you can use a parcel forwarding service such as myGermany.com.

United States Shipping - Tariffs and Import Regulations

Direct shipping to the USA

Due to changes in US tariffs, customs procedures and import requirements, not all of our products can currently be ordered directly through our online shop for delivery to the United States.

Products listed in our dedicated USA category can be ordered directly from our online shop and shipped to the United States.

Product not available for direct US shipping?

If the product you would like to order is not available in the USA category, you can use our Etsy shop.

You can also send your desired order to us by email. We will check whether the products can be shipped to the United States and inform you about the available shipping options and possible costs.

Please note that customs duties, tariffs, import taxes or carrier fees may apply depending on the product and current US import regulations.
